 I’ve recently begun the task of a complete renovation of my living room. The way it was before had grown dull to me so I decided to take drastic measures to spice things up. My new theme was to be a kind of earth tone, southwestern color scheme. I repainted the white walls brown and teal green. The off white carpet was removed and the bare wood floor was polished. My couch was not agreeing with the color scheme, so I got a southwest pattern couch cover and some teal pillows to throw on top for good measure. All in all I am very happy with the results.

When my sister, Kim, stopped at my house last Monday afternoon, she asked me what I was doing. I told her that I was searching the Internet for Extra Long Shower Curtains. I explained to Kim that I was having a hard time finding a shower curtain that is long enough for my shower. When Kim saw the pictures of the curtains that I had on my computer screen, she said she liked the curtain that had butterflies on it. Or maybe she liked the shower curtain with the sea shells. It is really not easy to remember since there were so many choices.

Do you have your own business? Have you ever though to create your own stamp in order to make your files and documents look more professional? You should. I just renovated our patio few months ago, when the interior designer asked me about the flooring styles they are going to use. I never thought that it will be a tough question to answer. She showed me some of the designs she usually recommend to her clients. By looking at it, I wondered how do I want my patio to look like, then I told them that I want it to be unique, easy to maintain. I want it to be attractive so that my grand children who visit me every weekend who love to play around my patio.

I go to great lengths to keep my house clean. I really like to use Plastic Furniture Covers. They are easy to wipe off when my kids spill something on them. I can then remove the plastic furniture covers if I have people coming over. Most of my friends do not realize that I use furniture covers, they just think that my kids never spill on the furniture. I have four children, it would be almost impossible to keep the furniture clean if I did not have it covered. Sometimes the little things can make life a whole lot easier.
